Chris Brown Sued For Assault and Battery Stemming

Chris Brown's legal issues keep piling up: the R&B singer was sued yesterday for assault and battery stemming from a January altercation between his entourage and Frank Ocean's, The Associated Press reports.

Sha'keir Duarte claims he was attacked by a member of Brown's entourage during a confrontation between Brown and Ocean, which occurred on January 27th in the parking lot at Hollywood's Westlake Recording Studios.

Duarte claims he suffered a concussion "as well as humiliation and mental anguish" from the attack, and he's seeking unspecified damages in Los Angeles Superior Court.
