Jay Z and Beyonce are one of world's richest and most talented couples. Their net worth is estimated to be about $775 million.

When it comes to gifts, Beyoncé and Jay Z only buy the best of the best. By the time their daughter Blue Ivy was 2 days old, she had already amassed a collection of baby gear worth $1.5 million. For Beyoncé's 25th birthday, Jay got her a vintage Rolls Royce for a cool million bucks. Bey returned the favor and got him a $2 million Bugatti Veyron Sport, one of the most expensive cars in the world.

Davido had a concert in New York City last night, and a lot of fans were left gravely unsatisfied by the organization, Davido’s performance and more.

According to reports, the show was set to end at 4am, and Davido didn’t hit the stage till very late, and shortly after the show was shut down by city police. This left a lot of fans pissed off and they’ve taked to his instagram pictures to lash out at him, and his stage performance.

Attempted jailbreak in Aso Villa this morning

Marilyn Ogar Spokesperson for the Department of State Security Service, issued a statement on the attempted jailbreak at the headquarters of the Nigeria’s secret police.

At 0715 hours, the Service suspect handler went to the detention facility within the Headquarters to feed the suspects. One of the suspects attempted to disarm him by hitting him at the back of his head with his handcuff. His attempt to escape drew the attention of other guards at the facility who fired some shots to warn and deter others.

The gun shots attracted the attention of the military with whom we have an understanding of mutual assistance in the event of any threat. The Army immediately deployed a team to reinforce our perimeter guards to forestall any external collaborators.

The situation has since been brought under control.

Nigerian Pop Singer, Margaret-Mary Joseph popularly known as Zara Gretti has died at the young age of 28. She had been suffering from Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for the past few years, and recently the disease had progressed to an advanced stage, affecting her nervous system, speech, balance and much more.

Over the last couple of weeks Zara had posted a series of messages via social media indicating that she could no longer walk, could barely sleep and could barely eat.

Before she was diagnosed with MS, she was very active in the Nigerian music industry releasing hit singles, Teno, The Flyest, Aboko Ku along with many others and working with numerous artists both in and outside of Nigeria.

Court Stops Tolling on Lekki Bridge

The Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, has stopped the collection of tolls on the Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge.

Ruling on the suit, which was filed by Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa, Justice Saidu held that the power of control over all navigable waterways in Nigeria resides in the Federal Government.

Based on all the documents made available to the court, the only justification for the toll fee on the bridge by Lagos State is the private partnership law.

All you Naija celebrity men know you can have sex (plenty of it sef) without getting any woman pregnant, right? Olamide has reportedly joined the growing list of celebs having kids outside marriage as his long-time girlfriend, Adebukunmi Aisha Suleiman, is said to be expecting a baby.

Bukunmi is the same girl he flaunts on his instagram page (though he recently deleted most of her pics from his page) and calls her the ‘love of his life’ and ‘boo from day one’. Congrats to them.

Olamide wasn’t having it, and took it to twitter calling the Nigerian blogger out on her misinformation.

Kanye West has been sentenced to 2years probation and 250 hours community service after the attack on a photographer at Los Angeles Airport in 2013, E! News reports.

Kanye pled no contest to one count of misdemeanor battery yesterday in response to videographer Daniel Ramos lawsuit against him. Kanye attacked Ramos at LAX airport in August last year as the paparazzo tried to take photos of him

Chris Brown was in court yesterday Monday March 17th to face a judge for violating his probation and by the end of his hearing, the judge denied him bail and ordered that he remains in jail until his next hearing...which is not until April 23rd. This means he will be in jail for at five weeks. Oh dear!

His request to enter a new rehab facility after getting kicked out for the second time was denied...

Chris Brown sat motionless in court as the judge attributed his inability to stay out of trouble as the reason for his decision to deny bail and remand Chris into custody. Feeling bad for him.

The inaugural session was witnessed by the outgoing Governor, Peter Obi, important dignitaries such as Senator Ben Obi, Special Adviser to the President on Inter-party Affairs, who said that Obi will soon join the Federal Executive Council, Governor Theodore Orji of Abia State, National Chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Umeh, Senator Maggery Okadigbo, former Chief of Army Staff, Lt.Gen Azubuike Ihejirika, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu among other dignitaries as well as the People of Anambra state.

Mick Jagger's designer girlfriend L'Wren Scott commits suicide

Rock star Mick Jagger's longtime designer girlfriend L'Wren Scott was found dead in her Manhattan apartment today Monday March 17th. The 49year old designer, who recently cancelled her fashion show in London, was found by her assistant hanging by a scarf around 10am in her luxury apartment.

The police do not think any foul play was involved though the Medical Examiner has not yet released the formal report. May her soul rest in peace...amen.

The New Jersey honor student who sued to get her parents to support her after she moved out of their home has reunited with them, and the family is now asking for privacy.

Rachel Canning's return does not involve any financial or other considerations, the lawyer for the 18-year-old's parents said Wednesday. Angelo Sarno said that the dispute had been settled "amicably," but refused to comment further on the litigation.

A Canoe loaded with 21 people capsized in FESTAC and only 3 people survived. The boat was crossing people from 6th avenue to 4th avenue.

According to an eye witness the boat was overloaded because people were much waiting to go out/their home and the boat was mostly consisted of children.

So painful that the government cannot build a common ordinary bridge there. Not that the water is too long.

This Malaysian plane disappearance has to be the most mysterious incident that has happened in recent history. Late yesterday, relatives of some of the passengers on board the vanished aircraft who are lodged in a hotel, claimed they were still able to call the cellphones of their missing loved ones.
