“Al-Mustapha is still in service” – Nigerian Army

 Nigerian Army would likely reinstate Maj. Hamza Al-Mustapha into the service following the dismissal of the murder of Kudirat Abiola, on June 4, 1996. 

Whats your say about this?
To me, he should be retired and not put back to service.
