Nigerian Soldiers On Rampage In Lagos

Military personals run amoc in lagos @ palmgrove bustop setting ablaze 3 brt buses, breaking the windshield and windows of 4 others, beatng up of drivers and innocent civilians onboard and cause major traffic for the past 4hrs.
Reason been that a BRT bus knocked down an army officer who was driving on the brt lane.
Now my question is who is at fault?
